APOLLON at the 2011 edition of the ICE Conference - Living Lab Track - Towards the setting-up of Living Labs Thematic Domain Networks

... I hope that next event will be at the same level in term of interest and contacts... this is what an SME participating to the Living Lab Track said
In the wonderful frame of the 2011 edition of the International Conference on Concurrent Enterprising (Aachen, Germany 20 - 22 June) the APOLLON Project played an active role in the Living Lab Track whose main objective was to investigate and set up way of collaboration in the main domains and identify resources available at Living Lab level; methods and operational activities that are combined within concrete experiences could operate as show cases for Domain Network establishment.
A panel of Living Labs’ representatives supported the discussion towards the setting-up of Living Labs Thematic Domain Networks and discussed their role in the European Network of Living Labs (ENoLL) and AMI Communities.
The panel discussed the themes of the importance of establishing such networks and the necessary steps to achieve such result. The panel identified also some horizontal aspects useful for these domain establishment such as design of systems, user's behaviours, user's experiences and the key role of the IoT.
Great success for the Living Lab Track that attracted around 60 Conference participant among the 5 tracks organized and important feedbacks were collected on this important phase for the APOLLON project of the launch of Domain Thematic Network.
